You can directly report to Facebook for any post that you understands spreading violence or if that is against any religion etc or targeting specially any group or religion.
There are two methods to report that are given bellow:
If maximum users report any specific post, page or group Facebook team 'll takes action against that thread.

1. Facebook's Suicidal Content Report Page

• Click here
• Fill the form correctly
• Just click Send button
• Done

Method 2: Directly Report on Post

• Click on the down arrow of the post
• Then click on report post

• After clicking on report post they get some input from you why you are reporting.. 
• what type of post that you reporting
• You have to check "I think it shouldn't be on facebook

• It's threatening, violent or suicidal

• Suicidal Content and click on continue

After this you have successfully submitted a report to Facebook about this post. 

How to Disable Autoplay Videos on Facebook

Facebook lunches a new feature for high speed connection to play video automatically. If any specific video appears on the computer screen that video automatically plays without your command or permission. It's big loss of data. It consumes many more data therefore, if you have limited bandwidth you should disable this option from settings.
Go to setting and click on video tab and disable autoplay video option.

2. Click on Video tab in the last
3. Turn off auto play videos feature.

4. Click on Edit button for Apps, Websites and Plugins.

5. A popup will appeared. Then click on Blue Disable Platform Button.

6. You have successfully disabled apps platform.
